Who We Are
JUNYE Electronic Co., Ltd was established in 1993 in Shunde Foshan. We are a professional manufacturer specialized in Headphones, Earphones TWS, Gaming Headsets.
We provide a one-stop service, design-development-production and shipment. With more than 400 staffs, 60000㎡ factory , specializing in OEM/ODM. We have our own Tooling center and full range industry chain: Hardware, injection, wires, cushion, assembling and packaging. With 8 production lines which include two professional TWS lines. We produce every parts in house to insure the quality and the on-time delivery.
JUNYE have passed the BSCI and ISO9001 factory audit. All products have passed the CE, EMC, ROHS and REACH standard. We use ERP, MRP, MES systems for management.

Testing Center
100m² testing center is located in Jun Ye Company. We can finish bare unit testing and packaging testing according to clients’ requirement, such as headband tensile testing, drop testing, low/high temperature testing, mist testing.
Production Equipment
JUNYE almost produce all the parts of wired earbuds and wired headphones, such as earcup, headband, cable, horn etc. We own grinding machine, electrical wire extrusion production line, injection molding machine, charging cabinet and so on.
Show Room
JUNYE owns a show room with 150 ㎡, including product display area and meeting area. We can show all of our product to clients through on line meeting with more than 200 samples at site.
Assembling Lines
We have 6 assembling lines and 2 packaging lines. More than 400 members in our production team.
Logistics Coordination
Our logistics coordination team will assist you in proceeding the order from every angle. The packaging phase is a key and requires specific: every element is properly packed with maximum protection, to guarantee total safety during transports.
